SUMMARY:Dancing the 6 Realms
DESCRIPTION:This afternoon weaves together mantra\, meditation\, and movement while exploring areas of life that call for more compassion. \n\n\n\nThis movement meditation is rooted in the Buddhist practice of 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗲𝘇𝗶𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮̄𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶̄𝘀—the embodiment of compassion and virtue—which provide a clear map for navigating and transcending the 6 realms of daily existence. The 6 realms are not literal places: they are mental-emotional states that all humans experience\, every day. Using ancient wisdom tools\, you will gain capacity to experience each realm with awareness and freedom. \n\n\n\nExpect a spacious and supportive environment with guided movement\, accessible teaching\, expressive music\, and shared growth. No dance or meditation experience is required—all you need is a willingness to move\, feel\, and explore your inner landscape. \n\n\n\nMoving through each realm\, you will be guided to contact a difficult state—such as anger or jealously—creating space to fully allow it in the body without pushing it away or making it ‘wrong’. Then\, drawing on the meditation tools shared in the workshop\, you will dance each state into something beautiful—such as generosity or wisdom. Dancing by yourself and with others to support a deep embodiment of this shift. \n\n\n\nWorkshop participants can join the morning Cacao & Community ecstatic dance (10:30am – 12:15pm) for a discount; see ticket options. If you can’t make it for the morning dance\, you are encouraged to spend some body time on your own before the workshop (e.g. walking\, yoga\, etc.) \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nTickets!

No expectations. Just music\, warmth\, and a magically lit room where you can unwind\, reset\, and meet yourself fully. \n\n\n\nThis event begins with a 30-minute guided embodiment warm-up to settle the nervous system\, soften into the space\, and reconnect with our bodies. Following into a full ecstatic dance journey curated for Solstice energy — vibrant\, groovy\, expansive\, and rejeuvenating. Closing with a circle & tea to ground and complete the night together. \n\n\n\nArrive on time and sober\, with a clear mind and open heart. Come as you are — all bodies\, ages\, and levels of experience welcome. Ages under 16 must come with a legal guardian or parent.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nTickets!
