An evening of music and community at Rotary Park!
Canadian award-winning roots songwriter Dave McCann brings his new album Soothsayer’s Blues to the stage. A meditation on the spirit of North American roots music and it’s origins within the mythology of the American South. Not Gospel, Not Blues, Not Country, Not Rock ‘n’ Roll, it echoes all of it. With over two decades of songwriting and seven albums to his name, McCann’s songs are soulful and timeless.
Opener: Velvet Vixen – The fantastic duo of Vixx & C Bonnie Derek, bringing light and dark love songs from the sexy 70s, lady 80s, nostalgic 90s, and the best everything since.
As always, this event is free to attend, with several food trucks on site and Fisher Peak Brewing Company serving beverages. Please bring your good attitudes and love for music down to Rotary Park this summer!
